Al Mansoor Enterprises L.L.C. was established in 1971. Over this time we have been actively involved in various services specially to the Oil and Gas industry. We are based in Abu Dhabi with current strength of 2000 personnel on our payroll of varying disciplines.

We are committed to ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Regulatory provisions related to our business and conduct our business within the framework of a quality management system that meets the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2008.

Our General Manager has ultimate responsibility for all quality matters. The GM is responsible for ensuring that our quality management system is established, maintained, sets business objectives, periodically review this policy and ultimately leads to continual improvement of the business.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:-

  • Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria.
  • Training and development for our employees.
  • Regular audits of our internal processes.
  • Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims.
  • Management reviews of audits, Customer feedback and Complaints.

The General Manager and Senior Management of the company will ensure that this policy is communicated and implemented at all levels of the organization.
